How we match the bond to the material
The harder the material, the softer the bond – it has to wear away and expose fresh diamonds. The more abrasive the material, the harder the bond – the segment must not wear faster than it cuts.

From metal powder to segment – under one roof
We mix our own bonds, press our own segments and braze them onto steel cores. That is why we can match a tool to your material and take responsibility for the cost per metre cut – not just the price of the blade.

Bond formulation
We select metal powders, grit size and diamond concentration for the hardness of the concrete, aggregate, granite or asphalt.

Segment pressing
Segments are made on our own presses. Every batch follows the same formulation and dimensional inspection.

Brazing onto the core
Segments go onto new cores or onto retipped ones. The steel goes back to work instead of to the scrapyard.

A second life for your tools at a fraction of the price of new
We retip diamond blades, core bits and grinding tools – including other brands. Every tool passes a quality check with a written report. Steel cores and tubes go back into service instead of to the scrapyard.
