For stone processing plants and quarries
A stone partner from the granite region, not from a catalogue.
We manufacture in Lower Silesia, Poland – one of Europe's major granite regions. Our technologist works with your production manager to develop a bond for your deposit, and we retip your large blades with segments in that same bond.

Advantages
What a stone plant gains
A bond for your stone
Granite from two quarries cuts differently. We refine the bond on your deposit, version by version.
How we refine it →More metres, fewer changes
In the granite model scenario: +60% metres per blade after the third bond version and 75 fewer changes a year.
See the calculation →Large-blade retipping
Large-diameter blades retipped with segments in your bond – logistics planned around your spare set.
Request retipping →A technologist who knows hard stone
Our production sits in a granite region – hard, quartz-rich stone is our daily work. We start with your data and photos, visits are agreed individually.
Contact a technologist →From the bench to the slab
Wire for extraction, block blades, bridge saw blades and core bits for worktops – one partner for the whole process.
Tools for granite →Repeatable batches
We record the refined bond as your standard – every delivery performs the same.

How we start
A conversation with our technologist

- 03Bond formulation and paid trial batch
Is the bond only for my plant?
We develop it together with your manager and record it as the standard for your production. It is not exclusive.
Is the trial paid?
Yes – the trial batch consists of full-value tools working on your production. Usually the very first batch cuts noticeably more metres than the market standard.
Which blades do you retip?
Large-diameter block cutter blades Ø 1600–3500 mm, bridge saw blades and smaller tools. Scope and shipping are agreed before you send anything.
How long does it take to refine the bond?
It depends on your production and cutting. Every version is documented with measurements of metres, changes and downtime.
