For large contractors and plants · tools made to order

A diamond bond developed for your production. More metres, less downtime.

We do not sell a tool from a catalogue. Together with your production manager we study the material, the machine and the type of cut, develop the diamond mix and refine it until the tool runs longer. Fewer changes, less servicing, continuous production.

Metres cut per blade – market standard and successive bond versions

Model scenario: standard market blade – 1,200 m, bond version 1 – 1,650 m, version 2 – 1,850 m, version 3 – 1,920 m per blade.

Why a catalogue tool is not enough

Every tool change stops production

A catalogue tool is designed for the market, not for your material and your machine. The difference shows in metres, changes and hours of downtime.

ProblemWhat we doWhat you gain
The tool does not know your material We select metal powders, grit, concentration and segment shape for your stone, concrete or aggregate More metres from every tool
Frequent changes stop the line We design the bond for longer life and test it on your production Less downtime, continuous production
Service and changeover costs We remove the causes: glazing, segment breakage, overheating, run-out Lower service and changeover costs
Every delivery performs differently We record your bond and produce it in repeatable batches Predictable tool life and planning

Let us test it on your production

How we work

We listen, test and refine – until the tool runs longer

Your manager knows the machine and the material. We know bonds and diamond. We refine the formulation together, on your production – version by version, measurement by measurement.

    Outcome:

    Cooperation

What you get as our partner

    • A bond for your cut

A diamond mix developed for your material, machine and type of cut – not a choice from a catalogue.

    • A technologist who listens

Ongoing contact with your production manager and operators. Their feedback goes into the next bond version.

    • Trials on your production

A paid trial batch runs on your line. We measure metres, changes and downtime – before and after. Usually the very first batch cuts noticeably more.

    • A bond developed together

It combines your manager's knowledge with our bond technology. We record it as the standard for your production – every delivery performs the same.

    • Continuity of supply

Tool stock planned for your consumption and a framework agreement – production never waits for a blade.

    • Retipping in a closed loop

Worn cores come back to us and back to you – with new segments in your bond.

    Closed loop · ESG

A tool that lasts longer means less waste

More metres per tool and retipped cores mean less steel used and fewer shipments. On request we provide data for your sustainability report.

    • Retipped coresnumber per plant and quarter
    • Steel reusedweight of cores instead of scrap kg – total weight of cores accepted for retipping
    • Tool consumptionmetres per tool and number of changes – trend version by version

    Who it is for

For companies where downtime costs more than the tool

    Model scenario

What it looks like in numbers

A granite processing plant cutting slabs on a bridge saw. We compare a year of work on a standard market blade with a blade whose bond has been refined over three versions.

    Total€172,000€120,000−€52,000

The custom-bond blade costs more – yet the annual cost falls by about €52,000. The saving comes from every extra metre on the blade: fewer purchases, fewer changes, shorter line stoppages.

    Production managers ask

Custom diamond bonds – frequently asked questions

    Downtime calculator
How is a bond developed for my company?

We start with a conversation with your manager and a review of your production: material, machine, parameters, causes of wear. On that basis we select metal powders, grit, diamond concentration and segment shape. The first tools are trialled on your line, we measure the result and improve the bond in successive versions.

How long does it take to refine the bond?

It depends on your production and cutting: material, machines, operating parameters and the rate of tool wear. Usually the very first batch cuts noticeably more metres than standard market tools, and the next versions refine the result. Every version is documented with measurements of metres, changes and downtime.

Does the bond belong to my company?

We develop the bond together – with your manager's knowledge of the machines and material and our bond and diamond technology. It is not exclusive, but we record it as the standard for your production and manufacture it in repeatable batches.

    Is the trial paid?

Yes – the trial batch is paid. These are full-value tools that work on your production next to your current ones. We compare the results in numbers: metres per tool, changes, downtime.

Do you work with plants outside Poland?

Yes. We start with a call and your production data; visits and trial logistics are agreed individually. Tools are delivered across Europe on terms agreed with each order.

How do you measure the effect?

We compare current and new tools on the same machine and material: metres per tool, number of changes, downtime, service costs. You receive the results in writing after every trial.

From what scale does cooperation make sense?

There is no fixed threshold – it usually makes sense from a few machines or a steady monthly tool consumption. We assess it after the first call. Smaller companies are served on standard formulations.
