- Diamond blade retipping
A second life for your tools
Diamond tool retipping. With an inspection report, not a promise.
We retip diamond blades, core bits and grinding tools – including other brands – for customers across Europe. Tell us what you have, we send you a price and agree the shipping, you send the tools to our plant in Poland, and every tool comes back within 1–2 working days of arrival with a quality inspection report.
- Price on request – confirmed before retipping
- Shipping agreed before you send
- Inspection report for every tool
- Other brands welcome
Retipping by the manufacturer
Everyone promises faster and cheaper. We show you how we do it.
We retip with the same segments we produce for new tools. Every stage is measured and signed off, and you are kept informed at each step.
-
01
Segments from our own production
We match the bond to the material you cut – we do not fit whatever happens to be in stock.
-
02
A report instead of promises
Segment joint test, run-out measurement and core assessment. You get the results in writing, with your order number.
-
03
Clear logistics for international orders
We agree the scope and shipping before you send anything. You ship the tools to us; return shipping is arranged with you.
What you get back
The same core. New segments.
When the segments are worn, the steel core is usually still sound. If it is straight and free of cracks, it gets new segments and goes back to cutting.
- Before
- Segments worn almost down to the core, glazed surface, gaps from broken-off segments.
- After
- Full segment height, exposed grit, run-out checked and a written report.

When do we not retip? When the core is cracked, bent beyond tolerance or the mounting seat is damaged. We check this on arrival and tell you before any work – you never pay for a retip that makes no sense. If a core is visibly damaged, add a photo to your request.

How much does retipping cost?
It depends on the diameter, the number and type of segments and the condition of the core. As a market benchmark it is roughly half the price of a new tool. Prices are on request – they depend on the number and type of segments and whether the core needs straightening or tensioning. We confirm the final amount after inspecting the core, before we do any work.
How do I send tools from outside Poland?
Send the request form with tool types, quantities and diameters first. We send you a price and agree the shipping with you. Then you ship the tools to our plant in Zagórze Śląskie, Poland. Return shipping is arranged with you. Pack blades flat in a box or on a pallet and protect core bit threads; add a note with your order number. From outside the EU, ship with a pro forma invoice marked “goods for repair and return”
How long does retipping take?
We send the quote after inspecting the tools. Retipping with a quality check takes 1–2 working days, plus transit time both ways. We confirm every stage by email.
Do you retip other brands?
Yes. We retip blades, core bits and grinding tools from various manufacturers, as long as the core passes our technical assessment.
When can a tool not be retipped?
When the core is cracked, bent beyond tolerance or the mounting seat is damaged. We tell you before the quote and recommend a new tool instead.
What warranty do you give?
The 12-month warranty covers the joint between segments and core under correct use (cooling, machine parameters); it does not cover normal segment wear. Every tool comes back with a quality inspection report.
