Who we serve · industries
Diamond tools for your industry. A different cut needs a different bond.
A concrete cutting contractor, a stone plant and an installer need completely different tools. We match the bond, segment and mounting to the work you do – and to the material you cut.

01
Concrete cutting and demolition tools
For concrete cutting and drilling contractors – from a few people to several dozen, with wall saws, floor saws and core drills. You count metres per blade and operator hours, so every metre of reinforced concrete counts.
- Concrete
- Reinforced concrete
- Hard and abrasive aggregate
- Masonry
Typical work
- Cutting door and window openings in reinforced concrete walls
- Vibration-free controlled demolition – wall saw and wire
- Penetrations and core drilling
- Expansion joints and slab cutting
What most often stops the work
- The blade glazes and stops cuttingA bond matched to aggregate hardness – soft for hard aggregate.
- Slow cutting through rebar, broken segmentsImpact-resistant grit, higher concentration, wet cutting.
- The cost of new bladesCore retipping with an inspection report – instead of buying new.
Tools for concrete cutting
02
Diamond tools for roads, rail and bridges
For road, rail and bridge contractors. You work in traffic closure windows, so a blade that fails halfway along a joint costs far more than the blade itself.
- Asphalt
- Pavement concrete
- Reinforced concrete structures
- Green concrete
Typical work
- Cutting asphalt and expansion joints with floor saws
- Demolishing and rebuilding abutments and deck slabs – with wire and saws
- Core drilling and pavement sampling
- Penetrations for drainage and cables in structures
What most often stops the work
- Asphalt undercuts the core, segments come offA hard bond and segments that protect the core from undercutting.
- No blade on site during the closure windowA framework agreement and tool stock planned to the works schedule.
- Allocating consumption to contractsTool and retipping records broken down by site.

03
Diamond tools for granite and stone
For stone processing plants and quarries. Our production is located in the heart of the Lower Silesian granite region – we know hard stone. You cut blocks and slabs, and every blade change stops the line.
- Granite
- Syenite, basalt
- Marble
- Sandstone
Typical work
- Quarrying and squaring blocks with diamond wire
- Cutting blocks with large-diameter blades
- Cutting slabs on bridge saws
- Finishing: chamfering, grinding, holes in worktops
What most often stops the work
- Glazing on hard graniteA soft bond that exposes fresh grit – refined for your stone.
- Frequent changes = line downtimeMore metres per blade thanks to a bond trialled on your production.
- Shipping large blades for retippingLarge-diameter blade retipping – logistics agreed individually Ø 1600–3500 mm.
04
Core bits and tools for installers
For electricians, HVAC and plumbing installers, EV charger and solar PV fitters. You drill penetrations in concrete and masonry – what counts is the diameter, a thread that fits your drill and a core bit that is available.
- Reinforced concrete
- Brick, block
- Aerated concrete
- Porcelain & tiles
Typical work
- Holes for Ø 68 and 82 mm electrical boxes
- Cable penetrations for EV chargers and PV installations
- DN 50–160 drainage and Ø 125–200 ventilation penetrations
- Holes in porcelain for taps and drains
What most often stops the work
- The thread does not fit the drill1 1/4" UNC, 1/2" BSP, M16, M14 and adapters – check the thread chart.
- The core bit jams in reinforced concreteSegments with side clearance and rebar-resistant grit, wet drilling.
- Buying diameters one by oneStarter kits for electricians and installers.
05
Diamond tools for precast and industry
For precast concrete plants and industry, where the tool works on a production line. Every change stops production – that is why we develop a bond for your cut instead of picking one from a catalogue.
- Precast concrete
- Prestressed concrete
- Refractories
- Mineral composites
Typical work
- Series cutting of precast elements to size
- Process cutting and drilling in maintenance
- Trimming and adjusting elements before installation
- Deconstruction and modernisation of industrial facilities
What most often stops the work
- Frequent tool changes on the lineA bond refined on your production – more metres per tool.
- Tool life varies between deliveriesYour bond in repeatable batches – predictable planning.
- Service and changeover costsWe remove the causes of wear: glazing, breakage, overheating, run-out.
Solutions for industry
06
Diamond segments for retippers and manufacturers
For companies that retip or manufacture diamond tools themselves. You need segments and tubes of the same quality in every batch – as a manufacturer we control the process from powder to segment.
- Blade segments
- Core bit segments
- Core bit tubes
- Private label
What we supply
- Diamond segments to specification: size, bond, concentration
- Core bit tubes in custom lengths and end finishes
- Production under your brand (private label)
- Samples for testing before a series order
What most often stops the work
- Every segment batch performs differentlyThe same formulation and dimensional control in every batch.
- Core bit run-out from uneven tubesCore bit tubes with tolerance control.
- Long lead times from overseas suppliersProduction in Poland, within the EU – shorter logistics; stock items typically 2–5 working days within the EU.

Which diamond tools for cutting reinforced concrete?
Reinforced concrete calls for blades and core bits with impact-resistant grit and a bond matched to the aggregate, used wet. For thick elements – wall saws and diamond wire. See reinforced concrete blades.
Which diamond blade for granite?
Hard granite needs a soft bond that exposes fresh grit. For slabs – bridge saw blades; for blocks – large-diameter blades and diamond wire. With high consumption, a bond refined for your stone pays off.
Which blade for cutting asphalt?
Asphalt is soft but highly abrasive – it needs a hard bond and segments that protect the core from undercutting. See asphalt blades.
Which core bit for service penetrations?
Choose the diameter for the pipe or duct with clearance for insulation, and the thread for your drill. Use the thread and diameter chart and the core bit configurator.
Do you supply diamond segments to retippers?
Yes. We produce diamond segments and core bit tubes in repeatable batches, also under the customer's brand (private label). We start with samples for testing.
Do you deliver outside Poland?
Yes – we supply customers across Europe. Delivery terms are agreed with each order; for retipping, the scope and shipping are agreed before you send the tools.
